Ben jij creatief en hou je van tekenen, schilderen, fotograferen of werk je met een ander materiaal?
In 2026 bestaat Keizer Karelpark 100 jaar en dan willen we een portrettentoonstelling voor en door wijkbewoners maken.
Doe mee met Toon je talent en leg een wijkbewoner vast in een prachtig portret!
Iedereen is welkom – jong of oud, beginner of gevorderd. Samen maken we een kleurrijk overzicht van de mensen die onze wijk zo bijzonder maken.
Wat gaan we doen?
• Alle materialen en technieken mogen worden gebruikt (fotografie, verf, textiel, garen, klei, borduurwerk, etc).
• Enige voorwaarde is dat het een portret van een wijkbewoner is
• Het mag ook een zelfportret zijn (als wijkbewoner)
• Geef er als het kan een beetje uitleg bij waarom je deze persoon gekozen hebt
Wij willen de portretten tentoonstellen in de eerste week van juni, of later dit jaar, zodra er voldoende portretten zijn.
Dat kan zijn thuis voor het raam of op een centrale plek. We maken dan een route die wijkbewoners kunnen volgen om de portretten te bekijken.

In 2026, Keizer Karelpark will celebrate its 100th anniversary, and we want to create a portrait exhibition for and by local residents. Join Show Your Talent and capture a fellow resident in a beautiful portrait!
Everyone is welcome – young or old, beginner or experienced. Together we’ll create a colourful overview of the people who make our neighbourhood so special.
What will we do?
- All materials and techniques are welcome (photography, paint, textiles, yarn, clay, embroidery, etc.).
- The only requirement is that it must be a portrait of someone who lives in the neighbourhood.
- It may also be a self‑portrait (if you live in the neighbourhood).
- If possible, include a short explanation of why you chose this person.
We plan to exhibit the portraits during the first week of June 2026, as part of the celebration of 100 years of KKP — or earlier if we receive enough portraits.
Exhibiting can be done at home in your window or at a central location. We will create a route that residents can follow to view all the portraits.
We will also offer inspiration and opportunities to meet each other by organising a workshop. More information will follow — keep an eye on this website.
